Traveling West

Greetings to All,

Traveling today was a little long and slightly tiresome but all in all a great experience. Leaving Texas started out to be a little boring but proved to grow on me as we traveled further west. Crossing the border into New Mexico was knew for me because I had never seen or gone through border control. Luckily all was well. While traveling and looking out of the windows, the view was wonderful. Looking out at the mountains, hills, and valleys was a sight to behold. There were so many cows and horse farms. Continuing on our journey, I witnessed my first sand storm or I guess what I would call a mini twister. We saw a couple of them as we passed.

I loved the Spanish homes throughout New Mexico. It is kind of hard trying to call and text loved ones with the 3 hour time difference, but I am getting used to it. Once in Arizona, I kind of began to miss South Carolina because of the heat. I have been in hot weather before but 105-110 degree weather takes some getting use to . All in all I am truly enjoying the tour and can’t wait to be in Nevada tomorrow. Keep us in your prayers and prayer for traveling mercy as we continue to venture forth on our tour. God Bless……Samaiyah White.
